1. Services Provided
Carju Auto Agency provides consultancy, vehicle sourcing, auction bidding assistance, export facilitation, and shipping coordination for customers seeking to import vehicles from Japan. We act as intermediaries between buyers and Japanese auction houses, dealerships, and shipping providers.

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when requested.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of import.

3. Customer Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information for vehicle purchases and shipping.
• Make payments on time as per agreed terms.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations in your destination country.

Acknowledge that all vehicle purchases are final once payment has been made to the auction house or seller.
 
4. Payment Terms

1. All payments must be made via the approved payment methods provided by Carju Auto Agency.
2. A deposit may be required before proceeding with auction bidding or vehicle sourcing.
3. Full payment for the vehicle and shipping costs must be completed before export processing begins.
4. Any delays in payment may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.

5. Vehicle Condition & Warranty Disclaimer

1. Vehicles are purchased "as-is" from Japanese auctions or dealerships. Carju Auto Agency does not offer warranties or guarantees on the condition of the vehicles.
2. We provide detailed auction sheets and inspection reports when available to help clients make informed decisions.
3. Clients acknowledge that used vehicles may have wear and tear, and Carju Auto Agency is not liable for undisclosed issues by third-party sellers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

1. Carju Auto Agency arranges shipping through third-party providers. Estimated delivery times are subject to shipping schedules and customs clearance.
2. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, port authorities, or customs inspections.
3. Clients are responsible for clearing their vehicles at the port of destination.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Deposits for auction bidding or vehicle sourcing are non-refundable once a successful bid is placed and successful.
2. If a vehicle purchase cannot be completed due to seller issues, a refund may be processed minus administrative fees.
3. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the vehicle has been booked for transport.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. Carju Auto Agency acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the accuracy of auction house descriptions or dealership listings.
2. We are not liable for damages, losses, or additional costs incurred due to shipping delays, customs issues, or third-party service failures.
3. Our maximum liability in any transaction is limited to the service fee paid to Carju Auto Agency.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments & Updates

Carju Auto Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
